School Health Check UP !!!!

My sch conducted tis health check up thing and the pri fives must all do it.and must hv two injections...... I am so glad it is over. i
had mine on tues tis week. i cried i know embarassing but it was totally painful and i could have died man. not true bout the dying thingy.
Well..... Just remember, if it is pain and it really hurts. Don hold the tears and try not to cry.

Advise :: when sitting and getting ready for the jab, close your eyes and don even try looking at your hand or the needle. Just close your eye , take in big slow breathes and by the time you count to five secs you are already done.
Actually , the jab only takes like maybe 2 or 3 secs only. so try not to cry and one more advise :: relax your muscles so tat there wont be any pressure and u will feel no pain. Trust me, i did that during me two jabs.

For those pri four students get ready coz your two jabs will be coming next year. Cya!!
